Steve’s Journey from Trauma to Triumph

Steve, a self-made billionaire and visionary entrepreneur in his fifties, built one of the largest and most successful companies in his country from scratch. However, a serious accident shook his life and left him with unusual physical symptoms that no one could diagnose. Additionally, he fell into a deep depression, was exhausted and unable to fulfill his demanding duties as CEO.

  • In search of change, Steve decided to take some time off and flew to Switzerland to seek the tranquility of the mountains. That is where our paths crossed.

  • During his stay, we embarked on a journey not only to understand the depth of his physical and emotional burdens but also to begin a holistic healing process. We used trauma-releasing techniques to address his physical symptoms, allowing him to experience a level of relaxation he hadn’t felt in years. A key part of our work involved ‘Walk & Talk’ sessions, where the beauty of nature and walking created a safe space for reflection and healing.

    During one of these walks, Steve shared a deeply personal and traumatic story that had been hidden inside him for years. This revelation became a turning point, where true transformation began.

    We spent a week together onsite and continued our work in the following weeks through video calls. The results were remarkable. Not only was Steve fully functional again, but he also experienced a newfound energy and clarity.

Tino’s Journey to Inner Clarity and Life Purpose

Tino, in his late thirties, manages the family wealth, primarily consisting of real estate — a demanding task that comes with much responsibility. Despite his professional success, Tino carried heavy baggage: his past haunted him and prevented him from finding the necessary alignment and fulfillment in his life.

  • Tino sought me out to work through the effects of his childhood, wild youth, and early adulthood. These experiences led to a lack of clarity and purpose, which increasingly caused problems in his young family.

    Together, we developed an individualized coaching setting with personal sessions over several months. Direct contact was especially important to him, so we met almost weekly for 1.5 to 2 hours. In the first phase, we focused on trauma resolution to process the burdensome experiences of his childhood and youth. In the second phase, we turned our attention to his current family to understand what he and his family truly needed to live harmoniously together. Currently, we are in the third phase, where we address the question of life purpose and fulfillment.

    In total, we have already worked intensely on the first two phases for three months. Another 3 to 6 months are planned to make Tino's "Purpose in Life" tangible and to support him in actively implementing it.

  • During this time, Tino has made tremendous progress. He now lives much more in the present moment and has completely let go of his obsession with the past. Tino can now clearly recognize his needs, spends more valuable time as a loving father with his family, and has learned to get less lost in "overthinking." The purpose of his life is beginning to reveal itself to him more and more.

    Tino’s story is a wonderful example of how important it is to face one’s inner blockages and, with the right guidance, find clarity and purpose in life.
