Trauma-informed Performance Coaching
Regulation, presence, and decision-making ability under pressure
This offer is aimed at high performers who are stable—yet feel that past stress, constant pressure, or inner tension are affecting their performance.
Trauma-informed performance coaching is not a therapeutic setting. It is a precise coaching format for people who function under high pressure and want to regulate their nervous system in a targeted manner in order to remain clear, present, and capable of acting.

My Approach
In my performance coaching, I don't work therapeutically, but rather in an orienting manner. The focus is on remaining productive – without losing yourself.
I combine a deep understanding of nervous system dynamics with a clear focus on everyday life and performance. This enables you to perceive inner signals early on, make more coherent decisions, and remain capable of acting under pressure.
This work is aimed at people with responsibility, high performance density, and the desire for lasting clarity. It is not about optimization at any price, but about integration: bringing thinking, feeling, and acting back into harmony.
Performance here does not come from more control, but from presence, self-contact, and orientation.
When this setting makes sense:
This offer is suitable if:
you are capable, but constantly under internal pressure
stress, triggers, or overexcitement impair your presence
you are no longer able to react freely in crucial moments
traditional coaching approaches fall short
Many of my clients do not come to me with a problem, but rather with the desire for stable, high performance without overworking themselves.
What Trauma-informed Performance Coaching is:
A coaching setting that integrates trauma-sensitive expertise without working therapeutically.
Characteristics
Focus on nervous system regulation in everyday performance
Somatic-oriented interventions
Working with triggers without processing them therapeutically
Clear structure, clear objectives
Coaching here means: expanding your ability to act in the present moment.
What this offer is not:
No trauma therapy.
No reworking of the past.
No personality coaching without context.
If a therapeutic setting is necessary, this will be openly discussed.
