About Andre
Experiencing aspects of neurodivergence himself, Andre learned firsthand how inadequate labels can create harm, growing up at a time when the word “neurodivergence” did not even exist yet. The discovery of trauma-therapy marked an important shift. It now represents the whole foundation of his work with clients who are ready to embody more of who they are.
Today, with over 20 years of experience, Andre brings his refined awareness and a scalpel-precise approach to his coaching. He supports individuals in reframing traits that might seem adverse into sources of creativity, resilience, and authentic self-expression.

Understanding challenges and the gifts within
Every person’s experience of neurodivergence is shaped by genetics, environmental factors (which often include more than is usually considered) and personal life events, including trauma. Andre has a distinctive capacity to understand where a specific challenge comes from, not in the history of events but through the lens of understanding the nervous system, and to illuminate the unique abilities hidden within. Like in the Japanese art of Kintsukuroi — repairing pottery with gold — your challenges can turn into unexpected beauty and strength.
Toward the authentic you
The spectrum of neurodivergence is defined by artificially determined norms, which fail to grasp the full brilliance and intricacies of a human being. Diagnoses can bring clarity, but they do not meet you in your complexity. Andre meets you exactly where you are, supporting you in finding a new, solid embodiment of your authentic self.
Through this approach, neuroatypical clients often:
Integrate parts of themselves they previously saw as obstacles
Uncover new creativity or extraordinary abilities of which they previously were unaware
Discover ways to live authentically rather than conforming to external expectations
An inspiring real life case
Client A, at the peak of a high-pressure banking career, walked into my office exhausted, hoping to find a solution for his brainfog and difficulty focusing. He feared it was decreasing his performance and that it would get him fired.
Throughout our work, he realized he actually did not even want to stay in this position. He resigned and spent a couple months enjoying hobbies he hadn’t had time for previously.
He ended up becoming a very successful artist, producing art that is truly original and unique to him and that pays all his bills today.

“For the first time, I felt truly, deeply understood in my experience of being on the autism spectrum. Andre met me right where I was, with considerate attention to all the details that are usually challenging for me as an autistic person. I am deeply grateful for the work we did together. I discovered a new, liberated and more ease-ful way of relating to myself, to others and to the world.”

“Andre truly leans into the fabric and pace of his clients and delivers incredibly intentional guidance. I wanted support in working with ADHD in a high-stress work position. I got to discover that what felt like such a hindrance actually contained a lot of particularities I could use as allies. I feel like I am finally able to use all my energy in ways that are relevant to my vision. This absolutely changed my professional life at a crucial time.”

Frequently asked questions
-
Neurodivergence refers to variations in how people’s brains function — differences in cognition, sensory processing, attention, social communication, etc. It includes but is not limited to ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other ways people experience the world differently. This coaching approach honors these differences rather than trying to “fix” them.
-
Absolutely. While it may not always be recognised as a clinical neurodivergence, high sensitivity often brings similar challenges — such as sensory overwhelm, emotional intensity, or feeling out of sync with mainstream expectations. In our coaching, we work with your sensitivity as both a strength and a source of wisdom. Together, we explore how to regulate your nervous system, set adequate boundaries, and create conditions that allow your sensitivity to become an asset rather than a burden. Many highly sensitive people find this process deeply affirming and empowering.
-
Andre has a lot of experience with Asperger / ASS and possesses an excellent ability to craft the coaching to be highly supportive for people with this trait.
-
High sensitivity, Asperger / ASS, autism, ADHD, dyslexia are all common manifestations of neurodivergence amongst Andre’s clients. Another important one is called “Hochbegabung” in German, which might best be translated with “giftedness” or “highly gifted” in English.
-
You can work with Andre whether you have a formal diagnosis or none at all. All you need is the willingness to receive support for something that you may currently experience as challenging in your life. Perhaps you feel like you are “different” in ways that you cannot fully explain. Or you might observe in yourself certain behaviors that seem to repeat and that stand in the way of where you want to go. Whatever it is, and in whichever way it manifests for you: there is an interesting adventure ahead for you here!
-
Andre’s work is informed by his personal story as a neurodivergent person, as well as 20+ years of experience with 1:1 clients. His approach is deeply rooted in understanding the intricacies of the nervous system, how they express in someone’s lived experience, and the manifestation of neurodivergent traits in various situations.
This work doesn’t focus on behavior modification or erasing symptoms; instead, it supports you in integrating parts of yourself in completely new ways, cultivating authentic self-expression, and living your life in ways that are true to you, regardless of the currently established norms.
-
The ideal duration of the coaching depends on your individual situation and your current needs. Some people experience breakthroughs in just a few sessions; others find transformation over several months. Thanks to his longstanding experience, Andre is often able to tell from the start what kind of commitment would be supportive, according to your personal goals.
-
Benefits might include greater self-acceptance, discovering strengths you didn’t notice before, more authentic and easeful ways of operating in work or relationships, improved emotional regulation, creativity, resilience, and a better alignment between who you are and how you live your life.
-
“Progress” is often qualitative: shifts in self-understanding, how you feel, how you relate to yourself and others. We may also track certain goals (e.g. better focus, reduced overwhelm, more creative output) as you set them. The coaching is tailored individually, so what “progress” looks like can vary greatly from person to person.
